Our firm was co-founded by trademark and patent partners in March 2010, originally under the name “Surpass Intellectual Property Office.” On December 25, 2024, we were restructured and renamed EXCTM International IP Office, marking our 15th anniversary.

We fully recognize that patents and trademarks are two distinct areas of expertise. Since entering the intellectual property field 28 years ago, our founder has focused on trademark applications and related practices, upholding the principle of professional specialization. With a commitment to continuous development in the trademark domain, we strive to assist both domestic and international clients in building and protecting their brand value.

To date, we have handled over 3,500 trademark cases before the Taiwan Intellectual Property Office (TIPO). Over the past five years, our approval rate for trademark applications has reached 97%, significantly higher than the official average approval rate of 87%. This demonstrates the importance we place on the quality of every case we manage.
